Step 1 - Maintain your health & weight with putting into every day life all lessons learnt during the coaching to avoid any future weight increases, which could lead to a higher risk of chronic disease such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, stroke and certain cancers.

Step 2 - Follow a balanced diet rich in nutrients and continue to stay away from food high in saturated fats, sodium and and eat more whole grains, lean proteins such as chicken or legumes and beans, low-fat or non-fat dairy, and increase intake of fruits and vegetables

Step 3 - Visiting your doctor for an annual physical examination or as required. Stay up to date on health screenings to identify whether there are any medical problems to address.

Step 4 - Make sure relationships are positive and healthy ones. Surround yourself with people who support you and who you feel good around. If you find yourself in an unhealthy relationship, take steps to improve it or move on.

Step 5  - Engage in regular physical activity, min of 30 minutes three times a week. Take an exercise class, join the gym, take a
bike ride or enjoy a brisk walk outside.

Step 6 - Know when and how to de-stress. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. If stress becomes so severe that it is interfering with your sleep or ability to cope, talk to your manager, doctor or a counsellor as soon as possible.
